    Recently purchased a hoodie from the Cranbrook location. There was a problem with the dyes in the garment. They leaked in my washer/ dryer and created a awful mess.

    From the initial call to the local store, to full satisfaction the Manager LAUREN was nothing short of fantastic. She was understanding, compassionate, and genuine throughout. Lauren made a difficult situation easy and comfortable to deal with.
