  This winter was horrible for me, my car got stuck absolutely everywhere! We heard on the radio that no matter your credit rating Mitsubishi would get you in to a vehicle so in February we decided it was time to trade it in.

  After this we started taking it to dodge to honour the warranty and get it fixed properly. It has been in and out of the shop 8 time and still hasn't been fixed, apparently a common problem with the soft top, and Mitch and his team are not prepared to resolve this problem in any way shape or form. They have washed their hands of us.

  Kevin is great and super helpful. After much debating and shopping around, I decided to go with Mitsubishi and got approved at an amazing interest rate on the first time buyers program. Kevin didn't shove me into a car I would be unhappy with and really listened to what I wanted. He got Phil on my search as well and they both set to work on finding me something that fit my needs. Phil explained everything in depth and even wrote out comparisons for me so I could really understand and see the differences between the 2 vehicles I was torn between. Not once did I feel pushed into a deal or felt we were moving too fast with Kevin or Phil. I had endless laughs with the whole team at Mitsubishi in Cranbrook.They really made me feel like a family member rather than just a customer. Kevin even bought me chocolate ;)

  Fast forward one week....the doors are leaking. We take it to Mitsubishi to be repaired and all they did the first time was tighten the hinges. Next day one of the doors is still leaking so we took it back and the shoved a bunch of epoxy in to the door seal. Instead of doing their research and replacing the seals under warranty.

  Cody was fantastic! Very low pressure atmosphere and very knowledgeable. Liked the process of telling him our wants and needs in a car and working backwards to find the best car to suit our needs. Great price on the car and the warranty is amazing! Peace of mind. And I've never bought a new car before, but did you know the insurance people come HERE TO THE DEALERSHIP?!? I had no idea they did that. How cool!

  All in all, I'm really impressed and I feel taken care of. I have an amazing brand new car, incredible warranty and free oil changes for a long time. I'd recommend Kevin and Phil to anybody looking for a new vehicle. They'll go above and beyond to get you into what YOU want.
