    Why is there only one person to help customers??? Not really an efficient way to give a service.

    never answers phone, sad excuse for customer "service" as well.

    Amazing staff. Unfortunately, they appear to be suffering with enough staff. Mulitple times I've waited 30+ minutes in the business line while the normal transaction line cleared and refilled 3 times over. I switched my business from Scotiabank, and constantly regret it.

    Friendly staff but they will not answer the phone ever and are not afraid to turn you down at the door if its a minute over (or close) to quiting time.
